About the Project

The project supports children and youths through initiatives related to health and wellbeing, formal and non-formal education, inclusion, and participation.

Assistance is tailored according to the identified needs of each family and may include therapies, educational resources, psychosocial support, extracurricular activities, and emergency assistance. Where required, families are also guided and referred to specialised psychosocial services and other support entities.

The initiative aims to promote prevention, inclusion, resilience, and equal opportunities, while supporting families in creating a more stable and positive environment for their children.

Success Stories

The project has positively impacted the lives of several children, young people, and families through consistent and targeted support.

One child attending dyslexia literacy sessions showed significant progress, with both the child’s mother and teacher noting considerable improvement. The literacy specialist observed that the child’s abilities had developed substantially through continued support and intervention.

The initiative also enabled several children and youths to participate in non-formal educational activities related to music and sports — opportunities that would otherwise not have been accessible to their families.

Parents of children receiving therapies through the project have consistently reported improvements in their children’s wellbeing and development. One parent highlighted the importance of receiving weekly therapy sessions on a consistent basis, noting both the professionalism of the therapists and the positive experience for the child. The availability of evening sessions also allowed the parent to continue employment while ensuring regular support for the child.
